Contact Forms

When you submit our contact form, your name, email address, inquiry type, and message are sent through FormSubmit so the message can be delivered to us. We use the submission to respond to your inquiry and do not sell it.

Streaming and Song Requests

Our live stream and now-playing information are provided by Live365. Song searches and requests are processed by RadioBOSS. When you use those features, your browser connects to those services and they may receive standard request information. Listening is subject to Live365's Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Analytics

Mobile Bay Radio does not operate an advertising tracker on this site. Cloudflare and the third-party services described here may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies when your browser connects to them.

Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare for security and traffic measurement, Google Fonts for typography, FormSubmit for contact-form delivery, Live365 for streaming, RadioBOSS for song requests, and 251 Live Music/CitySpark for event listings. Event artwork may also load from Apple or from an event-listing provider. These services may receive standard browser request data when their content or features load.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
